Cornbread had been on my crockpot baking wishlist for years.
My first time, I "cheated" and used a commercial mix (a generic version of the small Jiffy boxes), which worked out very well. :)
I made the entire (albeit small) box, which fit easily in my small crock.

The aroma started much later than bread: after about 3 hours.
I baked it for five hours (on "low").
I ate about half as is, some with a grilled SPAM Single & onions, the last bit with chicken noodle soup.
All were tasty. :)
