I was eager to try real baking, including bread, but figured I'd try Brownies first.
I've only done one small batch, and it was a bit uneven (partly undercooked), but was "good enough" & tasted great:
Bonus: I used all shelf stable ingredients, including butter & egg powder, so mixed up more than I needed.
For several months, it sat waiting in a baggie in one of my main food bins. :)
