My second experiment was premade tortilla based pizza, which was easy (about 1 hour) and acceptable, but wasn't as good as real from-scratch-pizza.
Tortilla with sun-dried tomatoes (instead of sauce),
SPAM bits, and mozzarella cheese:
After cooking one hour:
The two main issues were a lack of crispiness, and not shredding the sun dried tomatoes into small pieces.
