It's been years since I've had homemade meatloaf, and I had never made it myself, so when I saw Frater Secessus's crockpot meatloaf recipe, I was delighted! :)
A recent food pantry haul produced all three key ingredients: ground beef, a box of stuffing mix, and a can of "fried onions".
Clearly, this was a sign that I had to try this recipe. :)
It was easier than I expected, and turned out very well!
I followed Secessus' recipe, except that I skipped the salt, and simplified the glaze to just ketchup & mustard (4 very old fast food ketchup sachets, 1 of mustard).
Instead of using my hands, I used a spoon, and I didn't really crush the stuffing mix, just spoon chopped up larger pieces.
Since I don't have a fridge, I halved the ingredients, and found it made one very satisfying woman-sized meal. :)
After 3 hours, I checked it, and as soon as I lifted the lid, experienced superb Aroma Therapy. :)
My total cook time was 5 1/2 hours at Low.

Prep was very easy, and
the aroma therapy was excellent, close to that of Bread. :)
Next time, I'll check it earlier, to pre-release the Aroma Therapy.
I also plan to make the glaze closer to Frater's directions. :)
My only big mistake, was forgetting to make mashed potatoes (from potato flakes).
