Kaylee's not-a-blog » Food » Meals » quesadillas with aged Gouda cheese

A recent food pantry visit yielded 4 bricks of very nice aged Gouda cheese. :)
My first use of it was in a grilled cheese sandwich, using my own crockpot Bread, which was superb. :)
Next I tried it in quesadillas, which were even better, so I've standardized on those. :)
Once, I did add Italian seasoning to one, however it somewhat lessened it, so I've just been making them plain. This particular Gouda is so nice, it doesn't "need" anything else. :)

(NOTE:  I've now standardized on making quesadillas in pairs).
