The main reason I don't use tomato sauce in my pizza-esque quesadillas,
is that very little sauce is required and even a small can of sauce will develop mold before I can use it all.
During a recent food pantry visit, there was a large box of small packets of
marinara dipping sauce.
I grabbed several to experiment with.
They are perfect! :)
Each has a near perfect amount of sauce for two quesadillas. :)
