Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant,
however I spend most of my time far from any,
plus, my tight budget means I only buy from their "value" menu.
Last Winter, Dollar General had a sale on "grande" tortillas,
and it suddenly struck me that I could make a "copycat" version of
Taco Bell's
Crunchwrap Supreme. :)
I did some research (on YouTube), then bought two bags of the "grande" tortillas.
It worked out well. :)
The first one, I used ham. The next two, I used part of a can of precooked ground pork.
I plan to get another batch of the highly perishable ingredients in the fall (when it's cooler),
and make more, and will probably try SPAM. :)
