This is my latest variant of a grilled cheese with grilled SPAM & onions, this time using Dollar Tree's knock-off SPAM: "Celebrity" pork luncheon loaf.
The pork was better than I expected, so I'll be moderately stocking up on this product.

Calories & Cost:

item Calories Cost
luncheon loaf (1 can) 490 $1.25
onion (1) 90 $0.24
cheese (4 slices) 200 $0.41
bread (8 slices) 640 $0.70
Totals: 1420 $2.60

Over the course of one day, I used the entire can to make two meals, of two sandwiches each.
I also had a few potato chips, but did not measure the amount.
Other than a few minor snacks, this was all I ate that day, and it was satisfying. :)
