Late last year, I saw a shelf stable box of tofu at Dollar Tree, and, of course, grabbed a box. :)
It had a relatively close "best before" date, otherwise I would have bought a few.
Since then, I have yet to find another store that carries this product, however I've been travelling, mostly in non-urban areas, where the more esoteric food items tend to be rare.

Review:

It was less cohesive than I'm used to, however the size of the pieces was consistent with the size I often cut tofu into, so I'm fine with that.
Tofu is pretty tastless, and this was consistent with that. :)

Bottom line:
For we Fridge Free Folks, this is a great addition to our cooking options.
Next time I see any, I'll buy more... but not at hoarding/Covidiot levels. :)
