The gas station chain "Kwik Trip" (found in the upper MidWest of the USA)
carries a selection of discount food, including eggs, milk, butter,
select vegetables & fruits (e.g. yellow onions, potatoes, bananas),
and some meat items, including one pound chubs of pre-seasoned ground beef.
I'd been intrigued for years, but had not realized they are precooked...
as soon as I noticed that, I realized that would save me time and cooking fuel,
so I bought two (they were on sale for $2.49 and it was mid-December so Nature was providing me with free refrigeration).
They worked out extremely well! :)
I used the Taco flavored to make Crunchwrap Supremes, and the Bolognese flavored to
make spaghetti. :)
I also made cheeseburgers using each.
There's a third flavor (sloppy joe), which I'll try, eventually, and I'll update this review with more details (and/or write separate reviews for each).

These were easy to prepare (just warm up), and a great way to enhance the flavor and protein content of meals.
I'll definitely add these to my regular list to buy, particular when on sale.
Here's a sample meal of it in spaghetti.
