For years I'd seen this variant of LittleDebbie brownies, however they're just enough more expensive that I've resisted buying any.
Then came the Pandemic, and my big March stockup, when I'd mentally given myself permission to stock up "generously" on morale foods, so I grabbed a box. :)

Review:

At Walmart, they cost $2.86 for a 1600-calorie box ($1.79/1000calories), compared to their regular brownies for $1.86 for a 1800-calorie box ($1.03/1000calories), and $3.47 for a 3600-calorie double-sized box ($0.96/1000calories).

The Turtle brownies are only 200 calories each, and I found I wasn't satisfied with just one, so in all instances ate two per serving. Part of that was they're so dang tastee! :)
In contrast, I was (usually) able to limit myself to one of the 300 calorie regular brownies.
In the interests of Science, after the initial taste tests, I went back and forth between the two different types, to really stress test their respective merits and ability to fill me up.

They were pretty good, and I do not regret buying them, however, at almost two times the cost of the double-sized box of the regular brownies, I view this as a once-per-year extravagance.
At my next stockup (in Wisconsin), I tentatively plan to buy a couple of double-sized boxes of the regular brownies. :)
I'll add pictures of those, soon-ish.
