Review:

All of the above products were acceptable quality.
I bought and opened the 3 Augason Farms products in late 2018, and have recently used servings of each of them.
There has been no noticeable degradation in taste. :)

I had high expectations for the "Bell Peppers", and was initially disappointed. They lack the satisfying crunch of regular peppers.
In my recent pan fried tortilla pseudo pizza experiments, they've been adequate and a nice improvement (compared to not having any peppers).

The "chopped Onions" were somewhat disappointing, compared to regular onions (texture & "bite"), however they're so easy (no tears!) plus I've had several regular onions go bad, that I'm glad I have them.
They also are a nice addition to tortilla pseudo pizza. :)

The "Vegetable Stew blend" contains:
potatoes, cabbage flakes, onions, carrot dices, celery slices, and green and red bell peppers.
Frankly, I feel it's an odd mix.
The potatoes & cabbage dominate.
The can was the most full of all of the Augason vegetable cans, so it was decent value.
I've used it least of all of these products, however it's nice to have as a cheaper backup.

The "Bell Peppers" and "Chopped Onions" cans were only about half full, which was a great disappointment.
The "Green Peas" were the very first "Nutristore" product I've bought (June-2020), and I was very pleased with both its fullness level and quality. I have already ordered one more #10 can product from them, and will likely buy more. :)

Tip: allow longer times to rehydrate.

Bottom line:
Dehydrated and freeze dried vegetables are extremely handy for those of us with no refrigerator.
There's zero waste (i.e. only the primo edible parts are included and generally none will "go bad"), greatly reduced preparation time (i.e. no chopping/etc), and they last for years without any special storage requirements.
The "pizza vegetables" are a nice addition to tortilla pseudo pizza, and mean I can indulge myself without having to plan around the lifespan of frail fresh vegetables. :)
