For me, the biggest routine challenge of van life is temperature extremes.
Typing in colder weather is uncomfortable to painful.
"Wristlets" are fingerless gloves that extend my comfortable typing temperature range by about 5 to 10 degrees (F).

Bottom line:

I bought this pair eight years ago for less than 10 dollars at Walmart.
They've held up well, and have been extremely helpful.
