As an experiment, I made this without touching the dough with my hands.
Instead, I used a spoon to mix, knead, and shape the dough.
I used a very simple recipe (yeast, water, wholewheat flour, oil), and added a bit of garlic powder and "Italian seasoning" (that's the small black specks in some of the pictures).
I forgot to take a picture with a common object as size reference.
The footprint of the dough ball was roughly the size of a SPAM Single.
Dough immediately after mixing & pseudo-kneading, purely by spoon:
After rising for about one hour (cotton wash cloth was used to cover):
Gently plopped into parchment paper in crockpot:
Covered with wash cloth (to absorb most of moisture) and crock lid (I placed a box on top, to force the lid down onto the cloth and keep the heat in):
Three (3) hours later:
After removing from crockpot, top view:
Turned around, top view:
Inside, after gently ripping open:

While baking, the aroma was pleasantly distracting. :)
When I tapped the bottom and sides, it didn't have the solid "thunk" of my first crockpot pizza.
Taste was somewhat bland, but was good enough that, after mixing up a batch of dehydrated butter, I ate it all in one sitting. :)
