Gradually, I've come to realize that just about anything can be added to ramen. :)

When I can find inexpensive ($0.50 or less each) avocados, I'll usually buy one/some, and make a (relatively) "fancy" meal. :)
I typically only eat half of an avocado as part of any meal, which is an issue since I don't have a fridge, and I avoid using disposable plastic wrap and baggies. Under those conditions, I've found that avocado halves deteriorate significantly overnight, so it's best to eat both halves during the same day.

A simple solution is to use half with my "fancy" target meal, then use the 2nd half with ramen, which balances my day between fancy & simple. :)
Note that I typically eat only two meals per day.

Steps:

It's simple, yet much more filling than anything else I've ever added to ramen (so far).
