A few months ago, I stumbled across references to "BLT-A" sandwiches,
which are regular BLTs (i.e. Bacon Lettuce Tomato) plus avocado.
That sounded intriguing, so I added it to my meals To Try list.
Avocados are now in season in my area, so I've been indulging and experimenting! :)
As usual, after grilling the bagel,
I built up a layer of tomatoes,
then mayo (as glue),
then bacon bits and sprouts:
I applied another layer of mayo (for stability),
then half an avocado:
