While visiting a longtime GeekBuddy, I baked a near full size loaf of no knead Bread in his oven, and decided to use it to make a grilled cheese sandwich, with Smoked Gouda and strips of Bacon. :)
As usual, I used mayonaise instead of butter/margarine on the outside of the bread.

After grilling two sandwiches, one opened up to see the ooey-gooey-goodness:
