For much of this past summer, I regularly made
Egg Salad,
and a few times I used my crockpot to cook the hard boiled eggs.
It's extremely easy. :)
So far, I've had two instances where they didn't cook through,
so I just finished them in a regular pot on my gas stove.
This was a boundary case, due to my
Zombie House Batteries
(which are still (barely) lurching along).
As with many crockpot meals, this is very forgiving of forgetting. :)
I've used a wide range of times, and other than the battery issue,
all batches were trouble free.
