Ever since I first researched how to make Egg Salad,
I've wanted to try making it with celery.
Unfortunately, celery is usually only sold in bundles that are far too large for me to make use of without major wastage.
Fortunately, the absolute best & kindest local food pantry enthusiastically let me have two stalks from
such a bundle, when I explained why. :)
The result was superb! :)
I had tried making it with sprouts, which did add a very slight crunch, but nowhere near the perfect crunch of celery. :)
I was so impressed, I plan to order some dehydrated celery (Augason Farms #10 can),
as soon as I can afford it, and I will do a review
(my expectation is that it won't be anywhere near as good as regular celery, but I hope it will be better than sprouts).
