Dollar Tree's Pampa brand
Potato Gnocchi
is regularly available at most of their stores,
and is featured in many YouTube pseudo-frugal videos.
I finally got around to trying some, and have found it to be an easy base for a
vegetarian meal.
So far, I've had two packages, and made two meals out of each, consisting almost entirely of leftover refrigerated-type items.
My most recent use was after making a multi-day batch of
nachos, and had
leftover: salsa, corn, and sour cream.
I usually have onions (a regional gas station chain carries yellow onions for $0.49/lb),
so decided to grill some to add to the leftovers.
This produced two meals (dinner and brunch the next day), which were superb. :)
