Sauerkraut is supposed to have many health benefits, and it's readily available in canned form, so I decided to try a cheap can of "Clover Valley" brand (i.e. Dollar General's house/generic brand).
I mostly used it to make
cheese quesadillas,
and one crockpot experimental concoction of sundry ingredients.
None were "fabulous", however all were satisfactory & simple. :)
I managed to finish the can before any went bad, so I do plan to stock 1-2 cans.
