For years I had seen online mentions of sun dried tomatoes available at Dollar Tree, and had searched for them, however the first time I found any was 2019-Sep.
My first experiments were "meh", then my favorite van cooking Guru suggested I try some in crockpot bread, and for the first time I shredded each tomato piece into particularly small pieces (previously I'd cut them into relatively large pieces).
That turned out to be the key to making them "wow", since there's so much flavor packed in a compact size! :)

Please ignore the "serving size".
I typically use only 1 large or 2 smaller pieces per serving, and get close to twenty (20) servings per pouch. :)
Even if you use twice what I do, you'll still get 10 or so servings per pouch. :)

Two pieces carefully shredded (for use with pan-fried tortilla pseudo-pizza), beside two full size pieces:

Review:

This is full of win:

So far, I only have two "regular" recipes in which I use this, however I expect to find more.
Last time (2020-Jun) I found these at a Dollar Tree store I bought 5 pouches. :)

2020-Sep mini update:
I found them again, there were lots, and the best by dates were about a year from now, so I bought 8 pouches. :)
I just added the back-of-pouch picture, read the "Usage Tips", and now plan to try these with eggs, soon. :)
