During the next grocery run after my successful experiment with BLTs on "inside out" grilled English Muffins, I was disappointed that neither DollarTree nor the main grocery store had English Muffins in stock. :(
A regional gas station chain ("Kwik Trip") was running a special on dinner rolls,
so I settled for them.
Dinner rolls are small and soft, so don't have the wonderful nooks & crannies that are quintessential to English muffins,
however, I expected that, so I was satisfied with these. :)
