After my positive experience with Nutristore freeze dried Ground Beef, I recently bought a #10 can of Nutristore freeze dried "cooked pork sausage crumbles".
The cost was $42.99 for 800g (28.21 ounces).

Review:

One look at the can's label, and I "had" to try it with tortilla-pseudo-pizza. :)
I had very high expectations, and felt it was "ok", but somewhat disappointing.
Next, I tried it with eggs (plus cheese and green pepper), which was very good.
I've used it to enhance several pasta meals, including mac & cheese, ramen, which were all decent to good.

The "seasoning" is not hot, and is similar to the ground beef.
After hydration, and when combined with other ingredients, it's very muted, and can be missed.
